About I want to start watching children out of the home I nanny at and was wondering how to get started

I want to start watching children out of the home I nanny at and was wondering how to get started.?
I have mothers lined up. I live in Greensboro and nanny for a family in Burlington. I know that I can watch up to seven children on my own and the mother I work for now has offered her home. I was wondering about taxes and paperwork. If i do this it will be my only source of income and I will have to fill taxes. Any help would be great. Thanks

You need to contact your local Human Resources Office! They will have all the paper work and requirements! In my state, there are lots of restrictions and you also have to have training hours! Hope this helps!

You'll need to go to your local gov't office to obtain those forms. Start putting some money aside for tax time. Where I live, the deductions I pay total about 20% of my gross income. So put aside $100-200/paycheck wow, 7 kids! that's too many for 1 person to properly care for. I mean how could you safely take them outside unless it's a fenced-in backyard? Where I live, we're legally allowed a maximum of 5. Have you and your employer worked out the details, because that's a tricky situation. What will happen when these kids damage things in her home (trust me this will happen; carpet stains, crayon on the wall, her child's toys getting broken). Is she going to buy all the food and you reimburse her, or are you going to bring food over? What will you do if she changes her mind and you have to shut down your business?

About Is it possible to find a rental cars history

Is it possible to find a rental cars history?
I bought a car from a lady I work with (it's a 1999 Chevy Lumina), and I bought a carfax report after I bought it for fun to just see it's history, and it turns out it was a rental car in Greensboro, NC for a year. Now, I will say this car is an excellent car, with no problems whatsoever, and it never has anything major (just the usual things car have like batteries or tires). In my opinion it is as dependable as a new car, and one of the best cars I've owned. For fun, (I'm really into the history of my cars), is there any possible way to see the history of my car when it was a rental? All I know was that it was in Greensboro, NC, but I dont know which company owned it. It says it was a major company is all..... Is there some type of way I can see it's history? The carfax report doesn't help me, because I want to know about it WHEN it was a rental. Thanks!

The Carfax doesn't show the dates that it was an "in-service" rental? When I look up Carfaxes I thought it showed the dates, but I know it says what city it was registered as a rental in, you may be able to track down the car rental company by the city. The rental company would have to have an office in that city, not just a place to rent from.

There are no such stats anywhere for that. Your only option would be to contact the rental car company and ask them. And I guarantee they will not help you. Most businesses don't keep records, even in their computers, for more than 7 years.

About I'm 14. Where can I get a job in Greensboro, NC

I'm 14. Where can I get a job in Greensboro, NC?
I'm 14 years old. It seems like I have been waiting forever to get a job, but a year ago I could never find one for 13 year olds (except odd jobs.) Where can I get a real job(not babysitting or any other odd job) in Greensboro, NC? I hear that the minimum age to work in NC is 14, but i can't seem to find any jobs. Where can I get one? I'm very serious about this, so if you dont know where I can find a job, please dont post anything. Thanks!

Try the grocery stores or fast food places.

Sad to say, but anywhere in North Carolina, it is next to impossible for a 14 yr old to find real work, except for on a farm. Employers do not wish to deal with all the restrictions imposed on 14-15 yr olds, so many just do not hire them as a matter of policy. Successful places I HAVE seen are: Movie theaters selling tickets or working concession stand, grocery stores as a bagger (most are 16 though), and as a hostess in a restaurant.

About What gift should I get for my Russian girlfriend

What gift should I get for my Russian girlfriend?
Before you say it,YES,i have actually met her.In fact she is here in the US on a summer work program. She took another job in Alexandria Virginia, and I am in Greensboro,North Carolina. We've been apart for about 3 weeks but I am driving to see her next week and spending a week up there. I'm already planning to get her roses, and not an even number bc i heard that was bad or something lol, but what else should I get for her?

something russian....wtf do you think. something girls like

Caviar? Lol! Sorry, had to get that one out of the way! :) But seriously, Russian girls really don't want anything expensive outside of the tradtional things like roses, which you already are getting her. The truth is, they want a good provider. So if you really like this girl and see a future with her long term (such as marriage) then I would also get her maybe a gold necklace, or a pretty gold ring if you can afford it. Doesnt have to be expensive, but something that shows a declaration of "I really like you and may see a future with you". Russian women are pretty smart about "getting it" when you drop hints and do things like that. They actually like it when a man is conservative with his money; that means he will be a good provider in the future. Other than that, don't do any knick nacks or t-shirts; you'd be better off to stick with just roses if the jewelry is out of your budget. You'll be fine, and she will love the roses! Good luck! :)

An air-tight prenuptial agreement - believe me, she's after a lot more than your "love". They're all opportunists.
